Types:
Woven bags, also known as snake skin bags. It is a type of plastic mainly used for packaging. Its raw materials are generally various chemical plastic materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene.
The main raw material for foreign production is polyethylene (PE), while the main domestic production is polypropylene (PP), which is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerization of ethylene. In industry, it also includes ethylene and a small amount of α- Copolymers of olefins. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (the minimum use temperature can reach - 70~- 100 ℃), good chemical stability, can withstand the erosion of most acids and bases (not resistant to oxidizing acids), insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, low water absorption, and excellent electrical insulation performance; But polyethylene is very sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and mechanical effects) and has poor heat aging resistance. The properties of polyethylene vary from variety to variety, mainly depending on the molecular structure and density. Different production methods can yield products with different densities (0.91~0.96g/cm3). Polyethylene can be processed using general thermoplastic molding methods (see Plastic Processing). It has a wide range of uses, mainly used for manufacturing thin films, containers, pipelines, monofilament, wires and cables, daily necessities, etc., and can be used as high-frequency insulation materials for television, radar, etc. With the development of petrochemical industry, polyethylene production has rapidly developed, accounting for about 1/4 of the total plastic production. In 1983, the total production capacity of polyethylene in the world was 24.65Mt, and the capacity of the under construction plant was 3.16Mt.
A thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerization of propylene. There are three configurations: isotactic, random, and syndiotactic, with isotactic as the main component in industrial products. Polypropylene also includes copolymers of propylene and a small amount of ethylene. Usually a semi transparent and colorless solid, odorless and non-toxic. Due to its regular structure and high degree of crystallization, the melting point is as high as 167 ℃, and it is heat-resistant. The product can be disinfected by steam, which is its outstanding advantage. The density is 0.90g/cm3, making it the lightest universal plastic. Corrosion resistance, tensile strength of 30MPa, and better strength, rigidity, and transparency than polyethylene. The disadvantage is poor low-temperature impact resistance and easy aging, but it can be overcome by modification and the addition of antioxidants respectively.
The color of woven bags is generally white or gray white, non-toxic and odorless, and generally less harmful to human health. Although they are made from various chemical plastics, they have strong environmental protection and recycling efforts;
